ABOUT FANGS OF THE AUGURY

Fangs of the Augury is a Connecticut-based custom fangsmithing business specializing in handmade cosmetic fangs. Each set I make is made one-on-one using dental acrylic and shaped directly to your teeth as removable caps, creating a fit that is personal, comfortable, and made for your smile.

I was first introduced to custom fangs when I was in high school, when I had my first set made by the fangsmith who would eventually teach me the craft. Years later, I returned to have that same set adjusted, and that appointment turned into a conversation about apprenticeship. From there, I began learning through hands-on practice, observation, and a LOT of questions. That background is a big part of how I work now: carefully, personally, and with respect for the craft.

My work is rooted in a love of costuming, performance, alternative fashion, and the small details that help people feel more like themselves. Whether you want fangs for an event, photoshoot, LARP, cosplay, performance, or everyday wear, the goal is to create something that feels intentional, wearable, and uniquely yours.

Every appointment is a personal fitting, not a one-size-fits-all product. You leave with a finished set of custom fangs, care instructions, and the knowledge of how to wear, remove, and store them safely.
